Another Stock Analysis Porn

Previously, I posted a link about tools for stock analysis. Today, I found another one for technical and fundamental analysis.

It is very useful for swing traders. It indicates the support, resistance, fair value and trends. However, some of the stocks were not available.

Swing Trade: Blue Chips Stocks - SMPH

SM Prime Holdings Inc (PSEI stock code: SMPH)

 "Fundamentals":

 - Widely known for SM department store and supermarkets
 - Various business units such real estate, malls and convention center
 - Just like any other real estate are prone to real estate bubble
 - Owned by richest person in the Philippines, means there is cash for expansion
 - Expanding in other countries
 - Malls act as distribution channel for most products in the country, thus rentals or price margins are easy money.
 - Cash dividend

Swing Trade: Blue Chips Stocks - PCOR

Petron Corporation (PSEI stock code: PCOR)

 "Fundamentals":

 - This is the least stocks that I picked for my swing trade because of the market sentiment that earth is going green
- I'm betting on the refinery segment of the company.
- Crude Oil is low in the world market. But the price at gas pump is still high in the Philippines.
- Still a necessity for Filipino for many years to come.
- Cash dividend

Metro Pacific Investment Corporation (PSEI stock code: MPI)


 "Fundamentals":

 - This is the best stocks that I picked for my swing trade.
 - Very defensive stocks, holdings of toll roads, hospital, electricity and water which are essentials for Filipino
 - Cash dividend
 - Growth/Income may hinder due to government regulation on toll hikes, water hikes and electricity hikes.

Megaworld Incorporation (PSEI stock code: MEG)

"Fundamentals":
- Pioneer in mixed-use township projects
- Betting on the rentals it get from BPO offices they housed.
- I consider real estate to be a good picked for swing traders because Philippines needs more investor to develop thus more offices.
- Prone to real estate bubble
- Andrew Tan
- Cash dividend

Swing Trade: My call

Swing trader is like a call shot in billiards. Notice the video below, when Efren Reyes calls the side pocket shot everybody laughs and then when he makes it everybody rejoice! 

Apparently, Efren knows better. Same with being swing trader, one must know better.

Swing Trader: Illiquid stocks - DMPL

Del Monte Pacific Limited (PSEI Stock code: DMPL) is one of my stock picks for swing trading. 

"Fundamentals":

- Known for Del monte Pineapple juice
- Since everybody is into healthy lifestyle their product is offering for such.
- Have presence in America
- Products can be seen in SM supermarkets(SMPH), Family Mart (SSI), 7-Eleven, Puregold(PGOLD) and other various groceries stores.
- Worst if all supermarket distribution closed down can be disributed directly to household.
- 10 years from now I can't think of any way to drink pineapple juice.
